Rum Cask | Innis & Gunn Brewery | Wee Heavy | 7.4% abv: Pours ruby/brown with a thick creamy head, not much retention. Aroma is prominently malt with a bit of rum and molasses. Flavor comes though with sweet malt, rum, brown sugar & oak. Prickly carbonation and fairly light bodied for a wee heavy. Finishes slightly bitter with some residual sweetness.
