White Labs wlp002 English Ale Yeast
1.5L brewed Arabic Coffee (triple strength)
Mash grain @ 150f for :60, collect wort and mix in DME.
60Min boil with 1.5oz of Tettnanger @ :30
Cool wort, pitch yeast and ferment at room temp.
At bottling add 1.5L of triple strength arabic coffee with 1/2cup dissolved cane sugar for carbonation.
