This one turned out alright. I don't think I would make it again though. I think fruit is more suited to a yeast that does not ferment out all the sugars. Tastes slightly medical. Here are some shots:
I love blueberries, but I can see what you mean about a yeast that uses all the sugars. I would age a few bottles and see if the flavor comes around. I've had ciders that take 6 months or so to really have a good apple taste.
