This was a simple one. Just pale malt and 3.5oz of cascade divided at :60 :30 and :10. Then the remaining 1.5oz of cascade was dry-hopped in the secondary. Here are some photos:
Looks so good Dan! So it's going to end up about 3.5% ABV, a nice session beer. And can you tell me about your fermenting method - did you use a secondary FV this time? After how many days did you bottle? Enjoy!
Sorry for my late reply. I always use a secondary! Makes for clearer beer! Bottling is generally done 2-4 weeks in, or when a gravity of 1.010 is reached.
